As part of Mayor Matías Taccetto’s “Esquel Smart City” management axis, the first Regional Meeting of Educational Robotics took place this Friday in the premises of school No. 200.
It was headed by the director of Modernization of the City State, Ing. Gustavo Tenuto who was accompanied by part of the government team such as Secretary of Human Development, Health and Habitat Pablo Larregui; Undersecretary of Coordination Rocío Ferré and Private Undersecretary of Intendancy Evelin Austin.
The training was intended for more than 60 teachers who attended the meeting at the SUM of school No. 200 not only from Esquel, but also from rural schools in the region.
“The first meeting was exciting, a dream. It leaves a precedent and we have a lot to learn. This adventure is promoted and accompanied by Mayor Taccetta and the sense of achievement I feel is indescribable. People came from very far places like Lago Rosario , Los Cipreses, Cerro Centinela, Aldea Las Pampas,” Tenuto emphasized.
Likewise, the director of modernization thanked the dedication of the members of the local institution who were in charge of the logistics and decoration of the establishment: “The organization and desire they put into school No. 200 was spectacular. that it was a wonderful experience,” he concluded.
It should be noted that the municipality was able to start this meeting thanks to the cooperation of the Government of Čubut, led by Governor Ignacio “Nacho” Torres, through the Ministry of Education, headed by Minister José Luis Punta.
