Taliarte is hosting this Tuesday, June 18, at 9:00 a.m., an exhibition of prototypes produced as part of the 12th edition of the Canary Islands Ocean Platform (Plocan) Marine Robotics Educational Workshop, with ten centers participating in its final phase. Canary Islands secondary education.
Eighty students from ten secondary schools, three from Fuerteventura: IES Gran Tarajal, IES Vigán, IES La Oliva; three from Gran Canaria: IES José Arencibia Gil, IES Noroeste, IES Poeta Tomás Morales Castellano; and four from Tenerife: IES El Tanque, IES Ichasagua, CEO Guajara and IES Granadilla de Abona participate in the exhibition.
The director of Plocan José Joaquín Hernández Brito and the Minister of the Environment, Climate, Energy and Knowledge of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria Raúl García Brink will attend the exhibition of prototypes tomorrow.
The project is implemented in collaboration with the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, the STEAM area of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands and the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
